Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, we require 48 hr notice prior to your scheduled reservation. All cancellations are subject to a 10% credit card processing fee charge.

Joseph Oregon Paddle reserves the right to postpone or cancel any trip due to inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will work with you to reschedule your trip prior to the reservation. If we are unable to get you on the water safely, we will issue a digital gift card to use at another time: Gift Cards will be valued for two seasons. Extenuating circumstances will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows or Late Arrivals (15 min grace period is allotted) will not receive any type of full or partial refund. Extenuating circumstances will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
